Your weekly Mediterranean repair ritual. A few minutes of deep conditioning for softer, stronger, visibly healthier hair after just one use. Use after shampooing, once or twice a week, in place of your conditioner.
The ritual (five simple steps)
Shampoo as normal and gently squeeze out excess water.
Squeeze out excess water so your hair is damp, not dripping. That stops the mask from being diluted.
Smooth through mid-lengths to ends. Comb for an even coat.
Let the Mediterranean oils work for 3–5 minutes, or as needed.
Rinse thoroughly with cool water, then style as usual.
How much to use (by hair type)
A little goes a long way, but dry, thick and curly hair will happily take more. Start with the amount below and add if your ends still feel thirsty.

an almond-sized scoop
Mid-lengths to ends only. Keep it off the roots so hair stays light.

a walnut-sized scoop
Work through from the ears down, scrunching into the waves.

a golf-ball-sized scoop (or more)
Be generous. Rake through section by section with a wide-tooth comb.
Pro tips
- Comb it through. A wide-tooth comb spreads the mask evenly and detangles in one step.
- Add gentle heat. Pop on a shower cap or warm towel for a few extra minutes for a deeper treatment.
- Mostly ends, not roots. Focus where hair is oldest and driest; skip the scalp if your hair is fine.
- Rinse well. Cool water seals the cuticle for extra shine.
- Patch test first. Contains sweet almond and coconut-derived ingredients; please avoid with a tree-nut or coconut allergy.
Bonus tips for thick, curly & coily hair
The thirstier and more textured your hair, the more this mask has to give. Whatever your curl or coil pattern, here's how to get the most from every wash.
- Be generous. Thick, curly and coily hair drinks up moisture, so reach for a golf-ball scoop or more and really focus on the driest sections.
- Work in sections. Part hair into four and apply section by section with a wide-tooth comb or your fingers, so every strand is coated.
- Apply to soaking-wet hair. On tighter textures, that extra water helps the mask glide through for better slip and easier detangling.
- Give it longer. Leave for 10–15 minutes under a shower cap or warm towel, so coarser, curlier hair has time to drink it in.
- Smooth, then seal. Rake through and gently scrunch to encourage your natural pattern, then rinse with cool water to lock in moisture and shine.
