3. Ordering & Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically process within 1-3 business days.

4.2 Shipping Locations

We currently ship to EU and UK addresses. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.

4.3 Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

- EU customers: 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery date

- UK customers: 14-day return period from delivery date

- Products must be unused and in original packaging

- Return shipping costs borne by customer unless product defective

5.2 Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 14 days of receiving returned items to original payment method.

5.3 Exclusions

Opened/used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective.

6. Limitation of Liability

- Patch test recommended before first use

- Discontinue use if irritation occurs

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
