Return Conditions

- Products must be unused  

- Original packaging required  

- Include order number  

- Customer covers return shipping (unless defective)

Return Process

1. Email us: support@ceecee.life with order number

2. Receive return label and instructions

3. Package securely and ship back

4. Refund processed within 14 days of receipt

Non-Returnable Items

- Used/opened products (hygiene reasons)

- Products damaged by customer

- Items past 14-day return window

Refunds

- Processed to original payment method

- 5-14 business days processing time

- Return shipping costs deducted (unless our error)
