Where we ship
We currently ship across the European Union and the United Kingdom. More regions are coming soon.
Shipping cost
One simple flat rate per country, shown at checkout. All prices are in euros (€). We don't currently offer free shipping or express upgrades. Just one fair rate to your country.
Example EU rates: Netherlands & Germany €6.95; France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Belgium, Austria & Poland €8.95; Sweden, Denmark & Luxembourg €9.95; Czechia & Hungary €10.95; Portugal, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria & Lithuania €11.95; Latvia, Estonia & Slovenia €12.95; Croatia €13.95; Finland €15.95; Greece €16.95. UK shipping is a flat rate shown at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days, and you'll receive tracking by email. During our Early Access launch, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- EU: approximately 2–7 working days, depending on your country and carrier.
- UK: approximately 2–4 working days.
Returns
Return window
14 days from the delivery date. EU customers are covered by Distance Selling rules and UK customers by the Consumer Rights Act.
Conditions
For hygiene reasons, we can only accept items that are unused and unopened, in their original packaging, with your order number. Opened products can't be returned unless they're faulty.
How to return
- Email support@ceecee.life with your order number.
- We'll send you return instructions.
- Pack everything securely and send it back. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- Once we receive it, your refund is processed to the original payment method, typically within 14 days.
Damaged or faulty items
Email a photo to support@ceecee.life within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
